The creation of unique and personalized thank-you gifts for guests on the spot. This activity elevates the event to a higher level and leaves guests with keepsakes they will truly cherish.
Each guest has the opportunity to receive a hand-painted sketch inspired by their appearance. Although the sketches do not include facial features, they reflect each person’s character, posture, silhouette, hairstyle, and most importantly, their outfit.

Depending on the number of guests, we determine the required number of artists. On the day of the event, the artists arrive at the venue approximately 30 minutes to one hour before the guests to prepare everything for sketching. Once guests begin to arrive, they stop by our table, where we first take their photo and then begin sketching.

Live sketching lasts up to 7 hours. Each guest can be sketched only once to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive their keepsake.

The lead artist can create up to 40 sketches during the evening, depending on the number of people in each sketch -most commonly two or more, with a recommended maximum of five people per sketch. For a larger number of guests, an additional artist is required, who can create up to 25 sketches.

To complete the reservation, we need the following information - the number of guests, the exact location, and the date.

For the day of the event, it is necessary to provide a space for the artist(s), which includes a table and chairs, with a power outlet nearby.
